RECRUITING TIPS

INVITE

The first step to building a team is really simple. Invite! If someone shows interest in the products, maybe needs additional income, or expresses how fun it is that you are starting your business, invite them to do it along side you! Every Wednesday, home office has a corporate opportunity call run by Tacy Beachy. She is terrific at hosting the call and sharing information about Kleo. And utilizing this call is a fantastic tool to help you share information about Kleo, even if you are brand new and don't know much yet. You can find the previous recorded call in the link below, or invite them to join the call LIVE on Wednesday. https://vimeo.com/1206653297/6e12031685?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci

This website also has great information about Kleo products and company stats without being overwhelming. You can send them the customer side of this website for quick info if they ask. You can also find other images or recruiting resources in the Kleo Corporate boards found here, https://app.boards.com/ORGSTmOb0GetVMHzxn6xsZxgnex2-MpaHRknb2lx7k59EfCRdZnVRSOB$/zbZugH2c6bzJMyZRl5hsuyLAA15d/

SIGN-UP

When your friend expresses wanting to join, the next step is very simple! Give them your personalized website, and have them click "join us" at the top of the website. The Kleo website will take care of the rest! Make sure your recruit knows the difference between what an Affiliate and a Brand Partner is.

Affiliate: Wants to share the product for personal sales commissions but does not want to build a team.

Brand Partner: Wants to share the product for personal sales commissions AND wants to also build a team for team commissions.

If your potential recruit has some questions before joining, remember, you can use our team AI "Gem" chat through Gemini to ask any questions you might have! I.E. how much does it cost to join, are there any fees, etc.

ONBOARD!

Congratulations! Your building a team! The next step is really important. When you recruit someone, it is important to be a good sponsor and friend! That means helping support them, encourage them, and get them off to a good start.

So what's the best way to do this? First, add them to our team chat, and then share this website with them! This website has everything they will need to get off to a good start. Remember to share the password for this team portion.

PASSWORD: TEAMFLA!R

Another great resource to get them started off on the right foot, is to send them this link to the Corporate board for ONBOARDING. It will walk them through the first 30 days of their business. You can find and share it here: https://app.boards.com/ORGSTmOb0GetVMHzxn6xsZxgnex2-MpaHRknb2lx7k59EfCRdZnVRSOB$/Q16QE41Z0h0n2ELIV4TIu45hL1cm/

Also, a great tool to help you keep track of their goals and progress during onboarding is our team sponsor checklist paired with the BOLD START graphic! Download these by clicking the button to your right. This will ensure you cover your bases and get them off to a great start!

After you have onboarded, don't forget to continue to communicate and check in with your team members! We all need companionship and encouragement in this business. Plus, it is more fun when we get to work together! And the BEST friendships will blossom from it.

*Want to grow a healthy and productive team? Rinse and repeat! Just follow these simple steps to continue to grow, and teach your team to do the same!
